B2B FAQ
Common questions from importers and distributors. Figures are confirmed per order — we do not publish estimates.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is set per model and confirmed when you request a quote. Typical wholesale starts at a fraction of a container; we quote the exact quantity for your model.
Can I order a sample or a small trial order?
Yes. Sample units and small trial orders are available so you can verify the product before a full container. Tell us the model and destination port.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
Commonly FOB, CFR and CIF. We confirm the term that suits your freight forwarder.
What are your lead times?
Lead time depends on the model and order size and is confirmed per order. We state it in the quote before you commit.
Can different models share one container?
Yes. Motorcycles, cargo tricycles and spare parts can be consolidated into one container; we provide the loading plan.
Do you supply spare parts
Yes. Send the model code and part number and we confirm exact fitment and MOQ. Spare parts are quoted against your model, not guessed.
Do you offer OEM / ODM
Yes, for qualified volumes. Contact us with your specifications.
How do I get the certificates my market needs
We confirm the applicable standard for your destination port and supply the supporting documents with the shipment. See the Certifications page.
Is pricing shown on the site
No. This is a B2B trade showcase, not a shop. Prices are quoted per order with MOQ, Incoterms and lead time.
